Talk with friends and explain you are starting a new business and are looking for testimonials from the 24 Day Challenge program. You could offer a discount if it’s someone you know or throw in a shaker bottle or wrist bracelet for starting on your start date.
Organize a home party or mixer to kick off your group 24 day challenge. For those who can’t be there use Skype or Google Hangouts or Facebook Live to discuss what the challenge is and it’s benefits.
Offer a prize for the person who loses the most inches or weight lost. Make sure they complete the pre assessment form and put down their measurements before the challenge starts. The person with the highest weight loss or inches lost gets a prize or Free product.

So your getting ready to do the AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge and you want an edge on how to get the most from your investment?
Over the last few years coaching many people through the 24 Day Challenge, some of the same questions come up again and again so I thought I would compile all of the top tips in this post to help you be as successful as possible.
Below is a quick video with all the tips. The post goes into more detail on each!
1.Drink the recommended amount of water throughout the 24 days.
Getting enough water is key! The suggested water amount is configured like this:
Take your body weight and divide it by 2= ounces of water you should consume per day.
You may feel like a floating boat getting used to drinking that much water but especially during that cleanse phase it is crucial but continue with the water and Spark only throughout the challenge.
Here are some helpful tips to get your daily water intake in:
Use a gallon jug or water bottle and mark with Sharpie to help keep you on track
Use Rubber Bands to put around a water bottle. After you finish bottle take band off until they are all gone
Don’t forget in your Challenge Guide or App, there are places to track your water as well!
2. Don’t forget to EAT.
That’s right I said Eat! What I love about the Challenge is that this is a lifestyle change not a restrictive eating program.
Your going to eat 5 times a day and even though that seems counter intuitive, it keeps your metabolism burning and the pounds shedding.
When you starve yourself, your body starts storing fat so making healthy food choices will help you burn calories.
A good rule of thumb is to keep the portions fist size for proteins, veggies, fruit, and complex carbs.
You don’t have to measure or weigh anything unless you want to.
You can also track this in your guide or app.
3. Get lean protein in with all your meals and snacks
Speaking of eating, make sure and get some healthy protein in with all of your snacks and meals.
Here are some healthy protein ideas you can add to meals or snacks:
Muscle Gain-Protein powder comes in chocolate and vanilla (I eat this almost every day!)
Healthy Nut Butter
Deli Meat roll up- low sodium best choice
There are many others!
I will say if you are someone who is busy and doesn’t have time to get protein in, a great add on product is Catalyst.

4. Don’t Look at the Scale!
Before you start the challenge you should record you weight from the scale along with the measurements. You can do that on the 24 day challenge app or on this challenge assessment sheet
This will give you a good indication on how you are doing and the scale does not reflect inches lost which is what we all want anyway!
I can’t tell you how many people message me on day 3 saying it’s not working because the scale is not down 10 pounds.
Your body will change as your making the new healthy choices and filling in the gaps with the right supplements.
5. Make Sure you take your before and after pictures
Don’t forget to do this! This is helpful for you to see the before and after of your challenge.
To get the best pictures here are a a few tips:
take the pictures in a well lit area preferably natural light
take them in a swim suit, sorts and and tank, or something that is form fitting so you can see the results
try and wear the same outfit for both the before and after or at least the same colors
Get the front, sides, and back of you so you can compare easily
make sure and stand in the same spot so the distance between you and the camera is the same. It helps to get a true comparison.
6. Be realistic!
Everyone is different and not everyone loses the same amount of weight during the 24 day challenge. In fact some people gain muscle therefore the scale goes up.
Remember that this is not a fad diet. This is a lifestyle change and that takes time but if done correctly, continuing on core products, you can hit your goals.
Don’t expect to lose 50 pounds in 24 days. That’s not even healthy.
The premise here is if your body is eating healthy clean food and your cleansing your system and replenishing it with superb nutritional supplements, your body will gravitate to where it should be weight wise.
It just so happens that most people need to lose weight! So that’s usually the outcome.
7. Get Active!
I know even for myself before starting AdvoCare I had very little energy and it was a struggle to work out or even feel like doing anything active.
What I hear over and over again from people who do this program is that starting the challenge gave them the energy they needed to get active!
Spark alone will help tremendously with this.
Sometimes you just need to get the junk out of your system and fill in those gaps with the right nutrition to motivate yourself to get moving.
If your not used to doing any kind of exercise, start small.
Go for a walk around the block. Take a bike ride or jump rope for 10 minutes.
Anything to get moving. Trust me you will feel much better after words!
One of the AdvoCare products that does not get a lot of attention but is an amazing tool and great add on to the 24 day challenge is the Can U 24 DVD’s.
There is a level 1 and a level 2 edition. I’ll be honest I have only done the level 2 but absolutely Love It!
It’s only 24 minutes a day and is a great workout!
You can easily get the exercise ball and the power resistance cord at Wal Mart or Target.
Those are the only 2 things you need for this workout program!
On days I don’t go to the gym I like to do this and believe me it works and you will feel it.
Make sure and get your snacks and meals planned out for at least the first week.
Remember your eating clean healthy foods, including lean proteins, and avoiding dairy during the cleanse phase for best results.
There are a ton of recipes out there. I have a 24 day challenge Pinterest board with many ideas that can help get you started.
It’s important to stay organized.
A great idea is to put snacks in baggies so you can throw them in a bag or purse for on the go.
There are always the AdvoCare shakes and bars that are super convenient as well.

If this seems like too much work for the daily organizing you can just take the products daily from the box. It really depends on your personality.
But for the snacks and meals, prepare!
9. Don’t beat yourself up!
We all mess up sometimes!
If you had a glass of wine on the challenge or ate some dessert that was a big no no, it’s ok!
Just get back on track and move forward.
Keep in mind, Lifestyle Change!
The important part is to get back on track and continue with your meals, products, and exercise.
You don’t want to give up because your on day 3 and haven’t lost 10 pounds :)
Keep your mindset positive and reach for those realistic goals.
Now, have tons of people lost tons of weight starting with the challenge, YES!

My personal Spark review.
1) It really does give me a great pick me up in the morning and has replaced my… wait for it…Morning Coffee…gasp!
I used to go straight to the coffee machine after waking up to make my morning coffee every day no matter what… I never thought I would give that up….
BUT after drinking Spark I just stopped drinking coffee mainly because of the way I felt.
Because Spark has caffeine in it, (in an 8oz glass with one pouch of Spark it has 120mg of Caffeine)
it does give you a boost in the morning for most people, which I always need with 4 kids.
I started to realize after drinking Spark that I personally felt much better
and had an even keeled energy throughout the day not like I did with coffee….I just felt better... period…. so I really don’t miss the coffee….

I thought the infographic had some great points about different ideas for pre and post workout foods. I also agree with the water part. So to recap…
So before workout make sure and give yourself some time and don’t eat right before you workout.
Don’t eat too much fiber. This can be hard during “Cleanse Phase” but remember we are also moving the toxins through our system.
Don’t eat the bad carbs that will make you crash after your workout.
Post workout it’s important to
eat a meal right after working out
Don’t reward yourself with a high calorie or high fat treat
Keep your metabolism high and running with 3 small meals and 2 snacks
Don’t skip the post workout meal.
In terms of eating right after workout, Brad Sly a nutritionist and certified personal trainer who writes for breakingmuscle.com
Ingesting carbohydrates after training is critical in replenishing glycogen stores and initiating muscle glycogen synthesis. If we don’t replenish these stores an athlete’s training performance can be compromised in future sessions.
Muscle protein is broken down due to high intensity or prolonged exercise. This makes recovery nutrition important in helping to rebuild. Prepare in Bulk A great way to make it easier during the 24 Day Challenge is to prepare larger portions of meals that you can freeze and reheat for an easier meal
Meal Prep similar to preparing in bulk but this is the prep part. Get Tupperware or baggies and make a batch of a meal ingredients, smoothie ingredients, crock pot meals, salad jars, snacks, etc. Makes it much easier to grab something healthy. Shop on the Perimeter The healthiest food is around the perimeter of the grocery store. Stick with whole foods that are low in fat and not over processed.
Don’t Go Hungry when you hit the grocery store hungry it’s much easier to grab the junk food. Stick to the list and the perimeter.
