Don’t waste another day being unhealthy and over weight. You have to start now! I think one of the biggest setbacks is just not taking that initial step to get started.

2. Email Me to be added to my private Facebook group, daily coaching emails, phone calls, or messages.
3. Meal Prep-Go over what your going to eat on the challenge and prep your meals for an easy layout of the next few weeks. I can help with this and I have lots of resources to get you Prepped!
4. You should get your challenge kit in the mail in a few days after ordering. Start the Herbal Cleanse Phase for days 1-10
5. Start the MAX Phase for days 11-24
6. Continue the After the Challenge Program depending on your health and weight loss goals.
