  • This website is so helpful! I’m starting my challenge on Friday and have been searching the web for days now looking for tips, meals, etc. I’m still unsure about the snacks. I plan to use fruit as a go to snack (watermelon, kiwi, grapes, apples-mainly). What should a portion of fruit for a meal vs. a snack look like?

    • @Katy-Thank you! small portions of fruit is fine like a small apple 10-12 cherries, kiwi, 1 cup cubed melon, etc..try and limit the more sugary fruits if possible. Also make sure and add your protein to all your snacks!

  • I’m doing the challenge l, I’m on day 15 and I am not seeing any results. The meal
    Plans are hard for me, I usually don’t cook meals this way. So basically feels like I’m
    Eating chicken, brown rice and broccoli all the time. Just feeling really discouraged and out 200

    • @Korina-I’m not sure who you purchased the challenge from. That person is supposed to coach you through the challenge. I’m not sure exactly what you mean about the meal plans but you shouldn’t be eating the same thing every day. I’m sorry your not seeing the results you wanted. I would need to ask you a number of questions to find out how what needs to be changed in what your doing. I’ll send you an email!

    • @Isha-thanks for stopping by. The 10 day cleanse is a great way to reset your system and get past any plateaus. It’s not designed for weight loss but many people see weight loss on the 10 day cleanse because your system is getting back to where it should be. The cleanse is recommended every 90 days for optimal results.

    First of all I just wanted to say I enjoyed your blog. There is a good amount of information on the products you promote.

    Although, I was curious to know if having your blog ranked on page 1 of google has helped you generate leads for your business? Also, which method do you personally have greater success, selling online or in person through calls and mixers?

It does help with leads BUT it is not easy to duplicate for team members. Because of that, establishing relationships and helping others have success with the products and finances is really what grows your business. Hope that helps :)

  • Hi Joanna: Certainly wish I had found your blog last year when I did the 24DC. However, I’m grateful I found it today as I started the 24DC yesterday. I read somewhere on your blog that if you have more than 20 lbs to lose you may want to consider having 2 meal replacement shakes. My question is why and how does that help promote the loss? Secondly do you recommend the 2 shakes during both the 10 day and days 11-24? Do you recommend one for breakfast and one for lunch or does it matter? Thank you! Best Advo blog I’ve seen.

The 20 lb thing is not a hard and fast rule but I have noticed that a lot of people who have more than 20 lbs to lose seem to have great results if they either use the meal replacement shakes throughout the whole challenge for breakfast or split it up and do some days breakfast and lunch but it’s really up to you. The optional products are just that-optional but each of them have there own benefits. Hope that helps! Joanna

  • Hi, I am on day 7 of the cleanse and I have not lost any weight but GAINED 2 pounds so far! My diet has completely changed from my usual diet of junk food and my portions are cut in half so I don’t know why I am gaining instead of losing. My coach is trying to help me and she even contacted her up line person and they are baffled. Do you have any suggestions? I am so frustrated. When I was eating junk, I was at least keeping a constant weight and not gaining.

    • @Tricia-don’t panic. :) First off don’t look at the scale until the end of the cleanse. Remember that inches are more important than what the scale says. Did you measure before day 1? Are you drinking enough water? Are you drinking water as soon as you wake up to hydrate yourself and keep things moving? I would need to go through a series of questions with you to find out some things we could tweak including how soon your eating after waking up and what your eating exactly throughout the day etc… remember- Some people do not lose any weight on the cleanse but lose the majority during the MAX phase. stick with it!

  • I am on day 7 of the 10 day cleanse and happy with the results so far. After my purchases my Coach has not helped me at all. I am googling to find out what I should eat. I have more than 20 pounds to lose and I am considering doing 2 meal replacement shakes a day. I would really like to be on a group page to get support. Do you have a FB page I could join?
